Iphone 11 Pro Battery Specifications – Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max Review: A Great Upgrade All Around The iPhone 11 Pro Max is a great upgrade option for iPhone X users or older generations.
The iPhone 11 Pro Max is a great upgrade option for users of the iPhone X or previous generations.

When the new iPhones were released, the first thing that caught my attention was the supposed improvement in low-light photography. Having tested the last three generations of iPhones, low-light photography is a far cry from flagship Android models from Google, Samsung or Huawei, and I can’t wait to try it out. This was the first one I tried and I was impressed by the jump in image quality when shooting in low light. Finally, the new iPhones have created some serious competition in still photography in low light, a category that Apple seems to have abandoned for the past three generations.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Vs Apple Iphone 11 Pro
Apple’s annual iPhone refresh comes in the form of the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max. All three phones are easily the most leaked devices of the year, and everything known was announced at Apple’s hardware event last month.
Yes, the Rs 1 lakh plus prices continue and I don’t think that trend is going away anytime soon – Apple’s Indian market share be damned. The iPhone 11 Pro line brings major improvements under the hood, such as the powerful Apple A13 Bionic chipset, a significantly increased battery and a triple rear camera setup with features such as night mode and the new iOS 13 operating system. This is the standard upgrade that would be expected from Apple. So let’s go straight to the camera section to start this review.
In fact, the biggest change in the new iPhone 11 Pro Max is the triple rear camera setup on the back. While the resolution of all three cameras has remained at 12MP, an additional ultra-wide-angle lens has now been added to the wide-angle and telephoto combo. This is bound to happen because Android smartphones have popularized wide-angle lenses.
Below is a brief overview of the key specifications of the three rear cameras on the iPhone 11 Pro Max. The additional wide-angle camera provides a 120-degree field of view, making it easy to get your fingers into the picture. You should be very careful about how you hold your phone.

In terms of sensor size, the wide-angle camera has a maximum 1/2.55-inch sensor, while the telephoto and ultra-wide cameras have a 1/3.6-inch sensor. The front camera is a 12 MP module with f/2.2 aperture.
I took out my iPhone 11 Pro Max, Google Pixel 3XL and Huawei P30 Pro for a night out in South Mumbai. The Pixel 3XL ( review ) and Huawei P30 Pro ( review ) excel in low-light photography. The iPhone XS Max (review) doesn’t even measure up to the Pixel 3XL. The iPhone 11 Pro Max has improved significantly in this regard. For the past few years, the iPhone has been at a disadvantage when it comes to low-light photography. This time corrections were made. Take your iPhone 11 Pro Max with you on a night out and you won’t regret it.
Right now, photos taken in low light automatically turn on night mode, seen as a yellow circular icon next to the flash icon. This is activated based on the brightness of the light around you; you cannot activate it manually. However, if you don’t want it, you can turn it off, but I doubt anyone would. The night mode of the iPhone 11 Pro series brackets and captures everything in the scene, and if there is any movement in the scene, it is captured as a blur. That’s not the case with Huawei and Pixel phones, which use artificial intelligence to remove blurry parts to give you detailed, well-lit scenes. Apple claims to do the same, but in my example photo, I don’t see this happening. Also, the phone is not as tolerant to hand shake as other phones.

Apple Iphone 11 Pro Vs Iphone 11 Pro Max: What’s The Difference?
One advantage the iPhone has here is that night and night mode photos look like they were taken in low light. Phones like the Pixel and P30 Pro tend to turn night into day, which isn’t usually a photographer’s goal. By the way, I like the way the images are captured in low light mode. You’ll see them build up and get brighter as the low light timer runs. That’s much better than the Pixel’s frozen images and countdown timers.
Overall low light image quality is nice. On the phone, the image looks fantastic, which is more than enough for most iPhone users. If you’re a photography enthusiast and want to play with photos on a large monitor, you’ll notice noise when using 100% cropping.

The iPhone 11 Pro Max’s ultra-wide-angle mode has an aperture of f/2.4, which is almost three stops darker than the wide-angle camera’s f/1.8. This does not provide a nice output in low light mode. Since the wide-angle camera doesn’t have a night mode feature, ultra-wide-angle shots at night are full of noise and very, very dark. During the day, the ultra-wide-angle mode is ideal for taking great photos, especially when it comes to architecture. Don’t try to take a photo with a friend who fills the frame with an ultra-wide camera; if you do, make sure they’re all in the middle, though given the amount of distortion, even that won’t help.

In most cases, the iPhone 11 Pro Max’s low-light output is comparable to the Pixel 3XL. Huawei P30 Pro in AI mode shows strange colors, but when AI mode is off, it gives a great picture. It’s hard to say which of the three is best for low-light photography, as all three give a nice output when viewed on a smartphone screen. Yes, noise gets in, but it’s unavoidable. One of the areas where the Pixel 3 XL excels is night selfies and portrait mode shots. To date, the computing magic offered by the Pixel 3 XL is unmatched. The Huawei P30 Pro couldn’t take portraits despite opting for this mode, although its AI mode does a good job of brightening up dark scenes when taking selfies. In contrast, the iPhone 11 Pro Max performed poorly in low-light selfies and portrait mode selfies. It just doesn’t have enough punch or clarity when it comes to low-light selfies; no, night mode does not work on the front camera. If you’re taking low-light selfies, the crown clearly belongs to the Pixel 3 XL.
Photos taken during the day are nice. Nothing to complain about here. All three lenses (wide angle, telephoto and ultra wide angle) performed well. The dynamic range of the iPhone 11 Pro Max camera is incredible. Optimally exposes bright and dark areas for higher dynamic range. Excellent output even for backlit shots. The new sensor is equipped with 100% focus pixels and the focus speed is very fast.

In the camera settings, there is an option called “Take photos out of frame”. This mode is off by default, but its main purpose is to capture some areas above/below and to the sides of the frame, which you may have already done. This allows you to recompose in post-processing in case you cut off key parts of the frame or the horizon is not level. This is done by going to
Or choose a different frame size and orientation for the request. Under normal circumstances, you can correct the horizon in crop mode, but it also crops the image. With this “Photo Out of Frame” mode on, there’s no need to crop because you’re actually choosing the frame of the larger canvas. This mode is especially useful for street photography, where sometimes you may not compose your shot correctly and you can recompose the image afterwards. This is one
